Recording Consent Policy

When This Policy Applies
Most Fradys Academy flagship programs are premium self-paced programs and do not require live attendance. This policy applies only if your purchase or engagement includes an optional live clinic, workshop, office hour, advisory call, debrief, coaching session, or other synchronous event that Fradys chooses to record.
Recording Notice
Optional live sessions may be recorded for replay access, quality assurance, instructor review, service delivery, or other legitimate business purposes.
How Consent Works
If you keep your camera and/or microphone enabled during a recorded live session, you consent to your voice and likeness being included in the recording.
If you prefer not to appear on video, you may participate with:
- Camera off
- Microphone muted, where chat participation is available
- An updated display name, where the platform permits it
Replay Access & Retention
If replay access is included for a recorded live component, the retention period will be stated on the relevant program page, order form, or written communication. If no retention period is stated, Fradys may make a replay available for up to 90 days at its discretion.
We may retain recordings longer where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Accounting or audit purposes
- Security investigations
- Dispute resolution
- Internal quality assurance
Opting Out
If you do not consent to inclusion in a recording, you may:
- Participate with camera and microphone off where feasible
- Request access to written or replay materials if available
- Contact us at training@fradystechnologies.com before the session to discuss alternatives
Privacy & Use Limitations
Recorded materials are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and related legal terms. Recordings are not used for marketing purposes without separate consent.
