Digital Products & Immediate Access

Our self-paced training programs, digital toolkits, templates, systems bundles, and related materials are digital products and services delivered online. By purchasing, you request immediate digital access once your enrollment is activated.

No Refunds After Access Begins

Due to the digital and access-based nature of delivery, all sales are final once access is granted to any learning platform, private portal, downloads, Toolkit Vault, replay library, or other protected training materials.

If local consumer law provides a cancellation or cooling-off period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any right to cancel may be lost once digital access begins, to the extent permitted by law.

Before Access Begins

If you purchased a program but have not yet received or used access, you may request review of your refund eligibility by contacting us in writing within 14 days of purchase.

Optional Live Add-Ons or Advisor Sessions

Some team, enterprise, or advisor-supported offers may include optional live clinics, private workshops, coaching calls, or implementation reviews. If a verified technical failure on Fradys' side prevents a scheduled live component from occurring, we may provide, at our option, a replacement session, a credit, or a refund for that affected component.

User-side connectivity issues such as local bandwidth limitations, device problems, browser issues, or power outages are not grounds for a refund.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to training@fradystechnologies.com with the purchase email address, transaction reference, and reason for the request.
