Training Enrollment Terms

Last Updated: March 5, 2026

By enrolling in any Fradys Academy or Fradys Technologies training program, you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to these Training Enrollment Terms ("Terms"), which supplement our general Terms of Service.

Important delivery note: Fradys Academy flagship programs are designed as premium self-paced programs. Some team, enterprise, or advisor-supported offers may include optional live components, but live attendance is not the default delivery model unless it is explicitly stated at checkout, in an order form, or in a written statement of work.

1. Enrollment & Payment

1.1 Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your billing address and local law.
  • Prices shown are tax-inclusive where required by law.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept approved payment methods made available during checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or invoiced payment for approved team and enterprise purchases.

1.3 Enrollment Confirmation

Upon successful payment or approved invoiced enrollment:

  • You will receive a confirmation or welcome email with access details or activation instructions.
  • If your purchase includes a team or enterprise onboarding step, access may be provisioned according to the agreed implementation plan.
  • If your purchase includes optional live components, scheduling details will be communicated separately.

2. Program Delivery & Access

2.1 Primary Delivery Model

Fradys Academy programs are primarily delivered online through a self-paced digital learning experience that may include:

  • Structured lesson modules inside a learning platform or private portal
  • Downloadable templates, worksheets, playbooks, or other Toolkit Vault assets
  • Quizzes, exercises, assessments, and capstone requirements
  • Program-specific written, video, or guided implementation materials

2.2 Optional Live Components

Some team, enterprise, or advisor-supported offers may include optional live elements such as clinics, debriefs, implementation reviews, private workshops, or office hours. These are only included where expressly stated in:

  • The checkout page or program description for that offer
  • An order form, proposal, invoice, or statement of work
  • A written confirmation from Fradys Technologies

If no live component is expressly included, you should assume the program is self-paced only.

2.3 Access Period

  • Program access begins when access credentials, activation links, or portal access are issued.
  • Unless otherwise specified on the program page or order form, self-paced program access is available for 180 days from activation.
  • Downloadable materials may be accessed and downloaded during the stated access period for your personal or internal organizational use, subject to these Terms.
  • Fradys may update, replace, or improve digital materials over time without obligation to preserve every prior version.

2.4 Time Zones for Optional Live Components

If your purchase includes optional live elements, scheduled times will be communicated in the stated time zone. You are responsible for converting any listed time to your local time zone before attending.

2.5 Community, Support, or Additional Resources

Some offers may include community access, implementation Q&A resources, or support materials. Where included, access duration and scope will be specified on the relevant program page or purchase documentation.

3. Participation, Completion & Certification

3.1 Self-Paced Participation

  • You are responsible for progressing through the program during your access period.
  • Completion of lessons, assessments, exercises, and capstones is your responsibility.
  • Learning outcomes depend on your participation, effort, and application.

3.2 Assignments, Assessments & Capstones

  • Programs may include quizzes, assignments, templates, implementation exercises, or capstones.
  • Some capstones require you to apply course concepts to your own team, role, or organization.
  • Failure to complete required work may prevent issuance of a certificate and does not entitle you to a refund.

3.3 Certificate Gate

Unless a specific program states otherwise, a certificate of completion is awarded only upon meaningful completion, including:

  • Completion of required modules
  • A minimum average score of 80% across required quizzes or assessments
  • Submission of any required capstone or final artifact

Certificates are issued digitally. Fradys may also provide learning-hours documentation where appropriate.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Governing Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable consumer law, and any program-specific written terms included with your purchase.

4.2 Access-Based Delivery

Because Fradys Academy programs are primarily digital and self-paced, refund eligibility is tied to whether digital access has begun, rather than to a future cohort date.

  • If you have not received or used program access, you may request review under the Refund Policy.
  • Once digital access begins, all sales are generally final except where required by law or where Fradys confirms an exception in writing.
  • If a purchase includes an optional live component, the live component does not create a separate refund right unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Acceptable Use & Access Restrictions

5.1 Personal / Licensed Use

  • Individual enrollments are for a single named participant only.
  • You may not share login credentials or permit access by unauthorized users.
  • Team or enterprise access is governed by the seat, user, or licensing terms purchased.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense course content, toolkits, videos, templates, or proprietary frameworks
  • Upload protected program content to public repositories, content-sharing platforms, or unauthorized third parties
  • Stream, record, or share any optional live session or replay with non-authorized participants
  • Use Fradys content to build a competing product or training offering

6. Optional Live Components & Recording

6.1 When This Section Applies

This section applies only if your purchase includes a live clinic, workshop, debrief, coaching call, or other synchronous session.

6.2 Recording Notice

Optional live sessions may be recorded for replay access, quality assurance, operational review, or other legitimate business purposes. If you participate with your camera or microphone on, you consent to inclusion of your voice and/or likeness in that recording.

For more detail, see our Recording Consent Policy.

6.3 Replay Access

If replay access is included for an optional live component, the retention period will be stated on the relevant program page, order form, or written communication. If no retention period is stated, Fradys may make a replay available for up to 90 days at its discretion.

7. AI Training Prohibition

7.1 No AI Training Use

You may not:

  • Upload Fradys session transcripts, recordings, or proprietary course materials into AI models for training or fine-tuning purposes
  • Use our frameworks, playbooks, or templates to train, evaluate, or calibrate AI models
  • Create derivative AI tools, products, or services using Fradys proprietary content without written permission
  • Use Fradys methodology to build competing educational or commercial products

7.2 Permitted AI Use

You may use AI tools to support your own learning, summarization, note-taking, and implementation of what you learned, provided you do not upload proprietary Fradys content in a way that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All Fradys Academy and Fradys Technologies program content, including videos, frameworks, models, templates, slides, toolkits, worksheets, program architecture, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of Fradys Technologies unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining a device, browser, internet connection, and software environment capable of accessing the LMS or digital platform used for your program. Fradys is not responsible for user-side device or connectivity limitations.

10. Changes to Programs or Terms

Fradys may update program structure, learning assets, toolkits, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
